PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PROGRAMMES TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

UNDERSTANDING:

The terms and conditions below apply to all products, services & courses provided by Your Métier ltd to any individual or organisation ("the client") and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by Your Métier ltd for the client.

In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Your Métier ltd agrees to provide the service as described below and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below

Participation by any individual in the participation of Your Métier ltd’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

RESPONSIBILITY & COMMITMENT:

 Your Métier ltd will seek to enable the client to write a business plan for a business idea they have and assist with the setting of goals & plans to achieve those goals that will help to bring about the desired outcomes for the client. The client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following their interactions with Your Métier ltd.  Your Métier ltd accepts no liability for the client’s actions. 

 

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Personal information or business information supplied to Your Métier ltd by the client will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client's prior permission, unless where required by law. 

All documentation and information relating to the client will be held according to the Data Protection 1998, except as permitted by the client in writing or as required by law.

 

PROCEDURES:

A schedule of contact will be arranged between Your Métier ltd and the client following an exploratory call. Sessions will usually take place online via Skype or webinar software or over the phone if necessary. It is the client’s responsibility to contact Your Métier ltd at the agreed times.

The programme will contain various media to facilitate the course content and be conducted primarily through a secure members site.

Your Métier ltd will assign the client tasks or exercises to complete throughout the programme. It is down to the client to progress with these tasks in-between sessions and failure to do so will likely result in the programme concluding incomplete.

The client can contact Your Métier ltd by email between sessions to seek clarification on an issue if required. 

On purchasing a programme, the client will have access to exclusive use content which will be downloadable by the purchaser on the understanding it is licenced only for that individual’s use

Your Métier ltd strives to ensure the standard of service it provides to its clients is outstanding.  Therefore, the client will be asked for feedback following completion of their planning and to provide a testimonial should they feel it is appropriate.

 

CANCELLATION:

When a client pays for a programme, they will have access to Your Metier's support for 60 days from the date agreed as the commencement date. If the client choses not to use the access afforded to them in the allotted time, the payment, or their fee is forfeited. 

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Your Métier ltd can decide to terminate the service to the client early. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Your Métier ltd where practicable, and will be refunded the pro rata figure for time not used

If a booking fee is paid for services, this is non-refundable
